My check in was delayed by the police arresting a woman at the lobby entrance. It appeared to be drug related. I was there for a 3 day motorcycle rally. My bike had mechanical issues and I chose to go home after 2 days as it could not be ridden. The hotel management refused to let me cancel the 3rd night and charged me for it, even after Travelocity tried to help me with it. I will not be staying there for the rally next year, or ever again in the future,

Staff is incredibly kind, and helpful. It's definitely gotten 10x better the past few years. They do have a $250 deposir for those who live within 50 miles of the hotel but aside from that, the hotel is wonderful. The pool and gym has been down for quite sometime but there's the marina and some nice food places up the street. .

Bed was very comfortable. Good customer service. Staff greated you when passing or approaching their vicinity.

Property stated they had a pool and workout room! When we get there it’s closed for renovation. When this happens properties should be required to remove that they have a pool this was the only reason we stayed there. Then when we went down for breakfast and the breakfast was horrible then we turn to just get fruit instead and the bananas were all very brown not a little bit but a lot. And the oranges they had were all shriveled up! Yeah this was one of the worst experiences we have had.

Our apologies Lee for the confusion about the pool. It is not listed on Expedia, which is the site you booked through, as an amenity and all of our staff tell guests that the pool is closed. We try to provide a healthy breakfast and appreciate your feedback about the fruit.

We could easily hear the entire conversation of the people in the room next door to us. It was way too loud for us to be able to sleep fur sure, so we went to the front desk to ask about our options. We were told "Yeah, that happens here, we have thin walls. Most people just turn on the TV to drown out the noise of the other rooms." No understanding or wanting to help, and even acting so inconvenienced by our ask to switch rooms. We eventually called down to the front desk again asking if they could talk to the room next door and they did eventually do that. This was a different employee than the one we spoke with earlier. It did help and we just dealt with it the rest of the night. Do not book here if you want to risk the noise.
