No issues with out of our check-in, room good value and spacious . Unfortunately, no hot water in my room when I got up. Reported at breakfast, no apology or explanation offered, but it was working again later. By that stage, though it was too late and needed to leave for work.

One night in Stirling

Good hotel for a one night stay on my way south between Aberdeen and Cumbria. The online checkin is a bit unreliable it would be easier just checking in on arrival. The service was excellent and the room very comfortable. The food in the bar was good with a good selection of meals

Smoke in room

I was awakened through the night with the smell of weed coming through the vents. My clothes were also contaminated by the smell. I will not be booking again and definitely not recommending it to any of my colleagues at work

Disappointing response

The heating in the room wasn’t working & even the duty manager wasn’t able to get it working on a night when it was very cold outside. To get warm I had to have a bath.

The restaurant and bar are great. Good food and drinks. The hotel is somewhat dated and the rooms could use a facelift for sure. Beds uncomfortable, but it was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Good for a one night stay.

Easy check in experience & useful online check out. Spacious comfortable rooms that benefit from being in a building distinct from the restaurant & bar which creates a quieter environment. Great location and very easy to find, and park. Will stay again.
