Hotels.com or the hotel do not give the correct information to its customers. Hotels.com do not say on the purchase (false advertising) that there is a £10 parking charge and a £10 charge for the gym. However if you book with the hotel direct you do not get charged this and you also get a bottle of wine in the room. This was feedback from the hotel and they also advised that hotels.com have this information. So I was out of pocket for a false advertising cost by hotels.com or they do not let customers aware of this

Comfortable room, friendly and helpful staff. Hotel location excellent. Good facilities. Breakfast lovely and very varied options. Had to pay extra for parking and use of pool when not so previously. Parking I was aware of but not pool prior to visit.

The staff were friendly. Our room was very dirty and smelled of dog. The whole room needs an upgrade. The bathroom door was so dirty, it didn’t want to touch it. We stayed here before, when visiting Stirling two years ago. We definitely won’t stay here again.

Family room was ideal for what we needed. Clean, cheap and good location. Good leisure facilities. Would stay again. Would have been better if you didn’t have to pay £10 per night for parking.

The room was ideal, spacious, clean and warm, the only down size was that you could only open the windows about half an inch, apparently it is due to health and safety, otherwise staff and hotel was very good.

Staff lovely, clean, meal was delicious in the evening and breakfast lovely. Unfortunately, it was two single beds put together, so not the comfiest of sleeps if you like to cuddle.
