We been here almost every year and the place is nice and clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Also the location is near downtown area and close to restaurant and markets and also near the biking trail and parks. The place is also dog friendly. I recommend this place and will come again next year.

The staff was incredible. Hotel is fantastic for a stay. It did seem to look more luxury in pictures I felt the bathroom could have felt a little more luxurious, for details such as curtain not reaching the floor and the floor being soaked. The bed was fantastic one of best I’ve had in a hotel. The rooms were so dark it would have felt much more updated and clean with more lighting.

My initial reservation didn't quite match the room I was given, and it took several tries to find the right one after we arrived (with my partner having to go online and book again because the front desk wasn't able to find what we were looking for.. even though it was available online). That being said, we did end up enjoying our room - which featured a wood burning fireplace, and only a few steps away from the hot tub outside.
