awful. I'll be stopping payment with my bank. And this place is getting turned in to the board of health and safety inspection. I can't believe you represent it. No compensation. Over 200$, demanding Cash deposits and door doesn't lock, you have to slam your body into it to open it and takes 5 minutes to open to get out which is a safety) fire code violation. Smoke detectors don't work but it stinks like smoke anyway sheets and blankets so dirty had to check for bedbugs. Blankets torn with the excuse " it's a pet friendly room, they do that" ...so I suppose there's no other blankets ever used? It's filthy, like disgusting build up on the wood that hasn't been wiped in so long it's caked on in a layer of dust. Wall is literally broken, looks like an earthquake hit. Window is filthy and screens ripped to shreds, the AC didn't work. And my son in law was told he had to leave at 9pm nowhere in hotel policies) , while he was trying to get the door to lock. Staff said " it's a safe area ( it's not) , you can't use the deadbolt because the door is broken, but if you lift and jiggle the door knob it should open pretty quick.... what???? YOU represent this property??? I paid ins for the room, I should have walked out but didn't have time... instead I'll be laying awake, concerned about the front door. DON'T STAY HERE.

This disgruntled, unfriendly guest didn't read our pet policy that is posted here. She didn't want to pay any pet fees and that is the reason she is ranting here and making up things. Her untrained dog even peed on the bed. We had to ask her son-in-law to leave because he along with her daughter were smoking weeds in the car and making the whole parking lot filled with a weedy smell that someone can smell even from 500 feet away. To respect/protect our other guests, we had to ask him to leave as per our visitor's policy. The night manager was about to call a law officer to make things easier.This kind of guest makes things difficult for us to trust other pet owners who are much more respectful.

Disgusting room

The cleanliness was extremely poor! Worse than that, however, is the bedding! The sheets and pillowcases look like they were 100 years old and quite nasty. In fact, both my wife and I slept in our clothes because we didn’t think the sheets were clean! The television was mounted on the wall, along side of the bed up towards the ceiling, and you could not even look at the television, unless you sat upright on the bed! The towels for bathing, look more like old rags, and we’re totally discolored! Because of this, we could not even feel comfortable taking a shower. Our service dog was discriminated against and not allowed to be in a room unless it was a pet room. The outdoor door Doesn’t seal and you could see daylight across the top and sides of the door which would allow bugs to come and go as they desired. We were to give a $50 cash deposit and they would not refund it until they came to inspect the room. In all of my travels throughout my life, I have never been in such a despicable room. The sad part is the outside of the motel looked really quaint and inviting. This will be one motel that we will never ever revisit even if I have to sleep in my car while visiting my family. And in the first time in years, if we wanted Internet, we had to pay for it! Who the hell does that anymore?

Thank you for your disrespectful false comments. In future, please show courtesy and read all the instructions before you make any reservations. Especially when you are travelling with any pets it is must to read the policies. We are not here to discriminate against anyone whether they are humans or animals. We have to respect our other guests who may be allergic to pets or don't like to stay in one of those pets rooms. This is the reason, we have limited number of rooms that we allow pets in them. Accidents can happen when any pets are involved, whether they are service animal or not.

The hotel falsely said it was pet friendly when I made the reservation, yet wasn't allowed to register with a pet.

Please read the details when you make a reservation. It says, to check with us for the availability of pet rooms before you make a reservation. You never bothered to inform us that you are a stinky smoker with a pet. We can't accommodate you if we don't have a pet-friendly room available.

DO NO STAY HERE

This place was HORRIBLE. Checkin was big hassle. Guy at the desk was unbelievably rude. Then they demanded a cash deposit in addition to room cost. Not uncommon for hotel to get damage deposit. But they did not mention ahead of time nor did they clarify it had to be cash. I found it extremely bizarre and super annoying to have to get back in my car after a 7 Hours and go to an ATM. It’s 2023, why can’t you use debit card for this? Weird but OK I can deal with that. I got to the room and I was floored. The air conditioning was off. The room was 85° and smelled HORRIBLE. I literally could not stand being in there it was so hot. The sheets had holes in them, were dirty and had gross hair all over. The mattresses were yellowish brown, and could only be described as sleeping on mud. The towels also yellow, ancient and full of holes. There was dust and dirt on every single surface of this room. The floor in the bathroom was chipping apart and I actually cut my foot on a piece of this broken floor. I sad NOPE, I asked for refund. They of course, refused, and to their credit, there was “no refund” signs literally all over the office. That’s on me. I just wish I had know how bad the room was before I paid. It’s a cheap hotel but no where near cheap enough for what you get.my favorite part was when they came into my room during the day and turned off my AC and unplugged my fridge. After 8 hours in the Sun I got return to a hot room and ruined food. DO NOT STAY HERE

We would have appreciated it if you have read all the details posted here for your reference. First of all, the deposit requirement is clearly posted here. Please read all the information. Also, you were traveling with someone else(your boss as per what you have said) credit/debit card, and as per our policy and for your security, we do not allow you to use any credit/debit card when the person is not present at check-in with a valid photo ID About the room, you stayed here for 3 nights and during your stay or upon check-out also, you never mentioned any issues. If you express yourself truly, you could have shown any issues with the room or room service while you were here. As I mentioned, you never discuss or show any issues at check-out as well. But for whatever reason, here you are providing the lies.

The hotel has the potential to be good but it was terrible. At check in (at 11:30 pm after the event we were attending elsewhere), we were told we were late and that they had rebooked the (non refundable) room. We had to wait until the clerk called and cancelled the other client before he would check us in. YUCK! Additionally, the room was AWFUL! There was a Holly Hobby curtain on the bathroom window that had to be original from the 70s or 80s. The curtain did, however, hide all of the dead bugs on the windowsill. The toilet was broken, there were two small bars of soap and that's all (for $280 something dollars all in). There was a piece of paper that served as a bathmat. THE KITCHEN!!! The clerk told us we were not allowed to use it unless we stayed longer but it was SO DISGUSTING I can't imagine anyone using it. The fridge was clean, so that was good, but the stove!?!?!? The bed was marginally ok but there was stuff all over the carpet. I felt like I needed to walk in shoes the whole time I was there. I dreamt of bedbugs all night. There was only one window unit in the bedroom for air conditioning. At 10:43 in the morning, I got a call from the manager asking us if we were staying. He said that check out was at 10:30, despite the fact that the sign in the room said 11. The manager said that was an old sign. I agreed with him cause the sign appeared to have been original to the building as well. How hard would it be to replace a piece of paper? NO THANKS!

Thank you for your false comments here. We would have appreciated it a lot if you could have responded to our numerous calls to you before your check-in. Even though you checked in very late like you mentioned here at 11.30 p.m., you never try to appreciate anything and became rude at each and every point from check-in to leaving false comments here. It feels like we did a mistake showing you our courteous friendly professional attitude which is probably not deserved by you.
