The staff was great! At one point, we couldn’t get our washing machine started, only because of our error, and we had three people at our door, trying to help before we even got back to our room! Office staff always had a smile on their face! Beautiful park!

This was a great place to stay! Lots to do on the grounds, friendly staff, clean and spacious suite. It is a great middle location as well if you’re interested in exploring up or down the keys. The only problem was our stove kept turning off by itself. It took us 30 minutes to boil some water for pasta because we would look over and it had turned itself off. But great stay overall, we will definitely be back!

This location had a variety of different things to do while your stay there and a very convenient public transportation stop to key west right outside the site. Very friendly staff. The rooms were very nice and clean. The doggy park was also clean. We felt very welcomed, we are definitely spreading the word and coming back !

The front desk staff was very helpful and polite. The facilities were nice and maintained. The pool was beautiful and my kids loved the beach access. The beds were uncomfortable in the masterand the pull out couch. The options for breakfast at the café are priced beyond their quality. We're kind of left with few options on food without driving 10 to 15 minutes. I get that its the Keys... but it should be somewhat affordable. All that's being said... bring a mattress pad and stop at Publix or a grocery market on the way in. It is well worth it and a modestly awesome site.
