Staff yg cekap dan mesra pelanggan, bilik yg selesa untuk sekeluarga, kolam yang besar. Overall memuaskan hati seisi keluarga..

Convenient and spacious

Very convenient and spacious. Also cheap but the down fall is there wasn’t enough toiletries and had to ask everyday.

Family outing at Swiss Inn, Sungai Petani

Check in was good. Only 1 lift available and can accommodate around 5 persons at any one time and have to go through the stairs during peak hour. Room is spacious but have to deal with ants around the coffee making area. Ample parking space and within walking distance to eateries.

The property and facilities of the hotel are excellent. The location is city area.

Layanan petugas lobi sangat mesra. Selalu senyum. Keadaan bilik bersih, sangat luas dan selesa untuk 2dewasa dan 3 kanak2. Kolam mandi best dan terbaik. Parking mudah, berdekatan dengan bandar. Cuma wifi sgt teruk, pam tandas tidak kuat, air perlahan. Pendaftaran sgt lambat, sepatutnya pukul 3,tetapi pukul 4:30 baru dapat masuk. Harapan saya perkhidmatan perlu segera di dipertingkatkan kerana hotel ini boleh menjadi salah satu hotel yang terbaik di Sungai Petani. Walau bagaimanapun, saya akan ke hotel ini lagi bila ada urusan di Sg . Petani. Tingkatkan usaha. Ikhlas dari saya dan Terima kasih.

All rooms facing the pool. Very nice view. However the pool is pack with students attending swimming lesson / practice during week ends. Not comfortable for hotel guests to swim happily.
