"Can’t say enough good things about the staff and service. We were only there for one night, but we were treated like special guests. Gorgeous decor, fitness center, pool, rooms, ba to rooms. Our requests were accommodated, the kids got little gifts from the staff, the in-room dining meals and Ospero breakfast were delicious, the views were spectacular, the amenities were plentiful. We usually don’t like to stay at the same hotel more than once, but this one definitely “rose” to our needs and likes. Thank you!"

"TV was dated but the location and hotel amenities made up for it. Didn't come to LA to watch TV anyways. Amazing staff, gym 100/10, location is perfect for walking and Ubers always less than 5 min away. "
