The hotel needs some management attention.
The rooms are tired and in need of refurbishment. I estimate 50% over what the rate for the room should be. Airconditioning barely makes a difference to the heat and is very loud.
The service at the bar for the resort was not good. The entire inside bar was closed all night on a Saturday night. Meaning you could not sit in comfort in doors out of the whether and order a drink this is despite the actual service bar having an indoor and outdoor section that staff could serve from.
Check in staff were great.
Ultimately this hotel looks a bit tired and run down and in need of a refresh to bring it back to its former standard.

Beautiful location. Unfortunately we had to wait over an hour and a half to check in, after being told multiple times our room would be ready in another 10 minutes. Restaurant ran out of key menu items. Felt understaffed but the staff that were there did their best.
