Room fine, fitness center sad

Sadly the fitness center only had 1 of the three pieces of equipment working (treadmill - broken, elliptical - broken, bike - working). Overall the stay was serviceable, but the hotel could use some cleaning and maintenance.

Rude staff refuses reservations!

Made a reservation online for a family funeral. Walked in and two families ahead of us were being told despite their reservation they did not have a room for them, again the same with us. I tried to give them our online reservation code and the clerk would not even listen to me. Very rude and disrespectful!

Don’t Botger With this Place. Was assigned a room and we opened the door and other people were staying in it It smelled nasty. Had to go back to the desk to get another room. We’ve stayed at a number of Holiday Inn’s and this is unbelievably the worst. This compares to a low end cheap hotel. It’s a total ripoff for the price. Avoid this place

Good morning, Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry to see that you didn't have a great experience here with us. Being sent to a room that someone else is in is not acceptable. The desk is working hard to make sure that is never another issue. As far as the smell in the guest room, I'm not sure what that would have been. They may have had food in there. I hope you will give us another chance in the future to change your mind about us.

It was very nice. The roads were bad from the snow. The guy at the front desk told us about a restaurant that delivered. We took advantage of it so we wouldn't have to go back outside. Excellent restaurant.

Worse Holiday Inn Express ever.

This was the absolute worst Holiday Inn I have ever stayed in. First the parking lot was full of ice, sidewalk were not clear or even salted. The rooms are rough looking and I think my bedsheets had not been changed from the last person was in the room. There was a lot of debris in the sheets. Every workout machine in the gym was broke, nothing worked. Feel like I should get a refund for this terrible hotel y'all advertised.

Good spot on I75

Decent spot to stay along I75. Could use a little TLC but overall fine. Great breakfast!
