You will love our contemporary 2 bed 2.5 bath house with magnificent views. 10 mins -Downtown Syracuse, 7 mins-Destiny USA, 10 mins- Syracuse University, 10 mins- JMA Wireless Dome ,13 mins- Empower Federal Credit Union Amphitheater. 10 mins- Onondaga Community College. Enjoy cooking in a fully stocked kitchen with coffee bar. Relax by the wood burning fireplace or in the central air while enjoying views of Onondaga Lake and the lights of the city. Pet friendly property with additional fee ! There is another rental in the basement which can also be rented (private 1bd 1ba apt with hot tub located downstairs from main house and has a separate entrance )

Heather was a fabulous host! Her home was perfect for our 2 night stay during SU’s graduation weekend. The home was extremely clean and the kitchen had a terrific set up for our catered dinner on Friday night. If you are looking for a home to stay in the Syracuse area, this is a rental you don’t want to miss!

This is a great place for a couple up to a small family of four to stay. It is clean, well equipped, and in a very good location with a nice view. The kitchen is well stocked for those who like to cook (as we do), as well as an outside gas grill that comes in handy if you like to grill (again as we do). The beds are very comfortable, and bathrooms again were well equipped. Love the big screen TV in the living room. Nice to sit back and enjoy a movie on your preferred streaming service, or the Derby and F1 races as we did. The back patio is perfect for entertaining, grilling or just enjoying the view. Heather was very responsive and provided us with ample information. We will most definitely stay here again and highly recommend it for anyone visiting the Syracuse area.

The moment we arrived we were greeted by a beautiful home with lovely decorations and a very warm personal welcome. The home is exquisite and frankly a charming place to stay at for a couple or family as there is lots of room. This is a great house with amazing furnishings. It was close to the zoo and the science museum. The host supplied everything that we needed. The view from the porch is beautiful and is probably even better when the leaves have fallen. We were very pleased to have chosen this house for our Syracuse visit.

It’s Not Just The View

This place is an amazing combination of form and function. Very attractive yet still has everything one needs for a comfortable stay. We were here a week and were amazed that this place is even nicer than the listing. The less than perfect part is there are occasional loud urban noises, but most of the time it is quiet. Nonetheless, we hope to stay here every time we are in Syracuse because this place is much better than any hotel we’ve found.

Beautiful home in a lovely, convenient area of Syracuse. Had everything we needed-we did not do much meal prep but certainly could have-the kitchen was extremely well stocked. I especially enjoyed the two decks looking out on a wooded area. Just first class all the way.

Great property, good location. This is a really nice home loaded with amenities. Loved the decor and the view. The big screen TV was a big hit, and the kitchen was well equipped. The back deck was really nice, unfortunately the weather kept us indoors. Heather was very helpful and ensured we had a comfortable stay. Close to Downtown Syracuse and very well appointed

We stayed here for graduation from Syracuse University, it is in a nice neighborhood less than 10 minutes to downtown and about 15 min to campus. It has a nice view of the lake and is very close to the walking trails on the west side of Lake Onondaga. It was very clean, nicely decorated and stocked with everything that we needed.

Visit to Syracuse

The house was exactly as pictured and very clean - we absolutely loved it. The view of the lake during the day was refreshing to see and then at night we could see the city lights - so beautiful! Property was very clean and spacious. Kitchen was stocked up with what you might need for cooking. Away from the City noises but close enough for heading downtown. Super convenient to many restaurants and stores. Highly recommend!

Winter Wonderland

It was our second stay and we loved it just as much as the first time. It was a very snowy weekend, so we ended up spending a lot of time at the house. The views are just spectacular, and the place just has such a unique and fun vibe. We enjoyed being able to eat meals together at the dining table and make use of the full kitchen. Lots of fun family memories were made. We will be back!
