This was my second stay at this property, the first was very good in a 4th floor room on the front side of the building. This stay however was much less than ideal. Upon check-in, the card key would not unlock the room, necessitating a trip to the front desk for reprogramming.. While the bed was very comfortable, being awakened by a very loud squeaking door on the next room at 5 AM was concerning. The folks in that room came and went probably 10, 12 times in the next 15 minutes. When I did get back to sleep I was awakened around 6:45 by the noise from the NY thruway maintenance facility behind the hotel, I was in a 4th floor room on the back side of the building this time. The back side rooms need more robust soundproofing. I also found the floor in this room rather dirty, I had to wash my feet between showering and putting on my shoes. Also, both visits, no local TV stations available, they were listed in the guide, but not tunable on the TV.

Probably best hotel I ever stayed in. the hotel was incredibly clean. The room was spacious and comfortable. The self check in is very easy, quick and efficient. I would highly recommend. It was also a great value as it was priced lower than other hotels in the area.

Property is brand new build, 2 months ago. Spotless and roomy with an efficient kitchen in room w full fridge/freezer, 2 burner stove, microwave, dishwasher, plates, bowls, silverware for 2. Odd lack of amenities however. Would give this a much higher rating if there were just a few added amenities such as pot/pan/mixing bowl, cooking utensils. They included DW detergent yet no hand dish detergent. No paper towels or even a box of tissues. Coffee/tea available in lobby. We were able to borrow a toaster. Parking was ample. You could walk to Dennys just through the parking lot. Bed and pillows comfortable. Service was friendly.

The beds and pillows were comfortable. The room was clean and ac worked. The hallway had a peculiar smell, water pressure was ok, chairs for sitting were very uncomfortable. Walls were thin and the only coffee machine was out of order. That didn’t bode well for early morning wake up.Garbage outside the facility was overflowing.

Check in was horrible. No one was on duty before 11. MANY people trying to use the kiosk which was not functioning. Multiple calls to the 800 number finally produced a young man who got everyone checked in finally. This is a TERRIBLE system. Humans need to be on duty. What about needing maintenancehelp at night?
