Terrible. Terrible. Terrible.
Publié le 11 mars 2024 sur HotelsI had booked this hotel months ago for a dance competition. We checked in which took about 20 minutes because the gentlemen kept answering the phone while trying to check me in. While walking to the room, we noticed probably 4 buckets in the hallway catching water that was coming from the ceiling. We got into our room, the lights wouldn’t turn on, the door wouldn’t seal unless you slammed it. We started to get settled and noticed large stains on the bedding, the ceiling had huge water stains and was cracking and falling on the bed. We were debating on leaving and grabbed a wash cloth to wipe the tv stand that was sticky only to find hair clumped in the wash cloth. We were traveling with two very small children. We decided it was best to leave and find another hotel.
I stopped at the front desk, the gentlemen offered us a different room but after reading the other reviews we decided it was best to leave. Severely disappointed that we left and uprooted 2 kids at midnight due to these conditions.
