**NEWLY FINISHED BASEMENT that added a great amount of additional space! Includes an air hockey + shuffle board table, a queen over queen bunk, a large L shaped couch, TV and a spacious bathroom with double head shower!** Relax & unwind in this absolutely beautiful townhome built in 2017. This home offers stunning views of the Continental Divide, Parry Peak & James Peak and has everything one could ask for during your vacation. (Happy to accommodate early check-ins and late checkouts if we can!)

Living area features comfortable seating for everyone including a large movie sac and a cozy gas fireplace for cooler evenings. Making dinner will be a pleasure in the stocked kitchen and the dining area with large table is perfect for meals around the table or family game night!

Come back from a day out exploring Grand County and relax next to the portable firepit, don’t forget smores! We’re sure you'll be spending much of your time outside enjoying the Colorado mountain air! A nearby communal playground is located next to a local pond, where you can enjoy kayaking, fishing or paddle boarding. The Fraser to Granby trail passes by the property at the end of the street, which is a great trail for biking or cross-country skiing or snow shoeing during the winter. Snow Mountain Ranch is close by and offers many activities. Make a tee time and/or have lunch at Pole Creek Golf Club, located minutes away. The 27-hole public course is filled with wildflowers and challenging shots across 2 ponds and 5 lakes, you might even see a moose! Drive through Rocky Mountain National Park, check out the shops, restaurants and breweries in Winter Park & Fraser, rent a boat or have a beach day on Lake Granby. Don’t forget to book your reservation at the Tabernash Tavern that is walking distance from the house. So many things to enjoy during your mountain getaway!

There are three private bedrooms, two with king beds and the third has a queen bed & a crib. There is also a finished basement with queen over queen bunk beds, a large L shaped couch, full bathroom, shuffle board table, air hockey table and TV. Everyone will be comfortable and happy to have their own space to retreat to at the end of an active day. One of the king rooms also has a TV (DVD's in drawers). There is a very comfortable blow up sleeper mattress for additional sleeping space.

Because nothing about traveling with kids is easy...we want to help with that-the home is equipped with kids plates and utensils, high chair, potty training toilet, extra crib mattress that can put anywhere in the home, single BOB stroller, bouncer, bath toys, books, infant & toddler toys and a tummy time mat.

This home has a strict maximum occupancy of 10 and cannot be used for any type of special events where more than 10 would be present at any time. There is a one car garage and space for two cars to park back to back in front of the garage door.

**This home is located in the Town of Tabernash** Approximately 3 minute drive from Fraser and 6 minutes to Winter Park, 10 minutes to the gondola

Winter Arrival:
Please be prepared before beginning your drive to Tabernash! Four-wheel drive or all-wheel drive vehicles are highly recommended. Although the main roads are usually plowed well, many residential areas require traversing steep hills on dirt roads that are not as maintained. Keep in mind that chain and traction laws for non-commercial vehicles can be put into effect at any time. We do not advise driving Berthoud Pass in a front-wheel drive vehicle unless you a comfortable putting chains on yourself. Weather and driving conditions may change rapidly. We cannot accommodate weather-related refunds, please plan accordingly.

The development that this home is located is currently building a few properties and construction can be seen from home.

The cover is to be folded 1/2 way OVER the bar and then another 1/2 so it hangs. If damaged, charges will be assessed.

The house is exactly as advertised. Very welcoming and warm. Quiet neighborhood. Very close to Granby, Fraser and Winter Park. Tina was awesome and available for questions or recommendations in the area. We already reserved next year. 5 s!!!!

Beautiful place to call home for the week

Loved our stay. House was beautiful. Even better than the listing description. All the beds and pillows were super comfy. Loved all the furnishings and decor. Everything was well labeled. Location is just far enough from the busier Fraser and Winter Park area, but not too far to pop over and get food, shopping and skiing/snowboarding in. Enjoyed the hot tub. Host was great! Wonderful communication! Everything was a breeze and we were sad to leave!

Loved it!

We loved our stay in Tabernash! The place was great and very clean and had all the kitchen supplies needed for staying in and cooking wonderful meals. We loved the hot tub, perfect way to end cold days! The bunk beds in the basement were large and super comfortable as well. Great location close to Winter Park and Fraser for tubing and skiing! We cannot wait to come back and stay!

Great place for our family trip

The home was a great fit for our 2 families. Very clean and comfortable with a lot of nice touches. The neighborhood is quite nice, and walks around the area offered some beautiful views of the surrounding foothills and mountains. Tina was incredibly responsive, informative, and ready to assist with any needs that might have arisen. We hope to stay here again one day.

Golf trip

Fantastic property and location. This trip was with some friends to golf and hike the area, but with the addition of the finished basement we will definitely be back with our families. The owners were very responsive and accommodating. One of the best experiences that I have had.

Great Stay in Tabernash

We stayed in the Leix’s property for a ski trip to Winter Park. The house was clean and well stocked with everything we needed during our trip. The beds were comfortable, and we enjoyed unwinding in the hot tub after a day of skiing. The house is an easy 15 minute drive to Winter Park ski resort. Tina was quick to respond to messages, and available to answer any questions during our stay. We highly recommend this property and the hosts!

Great place to stay!

I stayed at Tina’s Tabernash home with my girlfriend and some friends while skiing at Winter park. This was a perfect place to stay with a small group and was super easy to get to and from town and the ski resort. Tina was a great communicator and made our stay and check in/out process super easy.

Place was nice, clean, quiet, and cozy. Hot tub is big and excellent. The parking is limited and not ideal if you have more than 2 cars, but the host was helpful in finding solutions, was very nice and responsive. A new unit is being built next door and is quite loud. We were surprised that they worked all day Saturday and were even more surprised to hear them going at it Sunday morning too. Once construction is finished and if a better solution for parking is found then this place will be an absolute gem.

Clean Tabernash home and super hospitable host

Tina couldn’t have been more hospitable. House is clean which I always appreciate. Would be a dream for someone with small children - everything you need. Kitchen is well stocked. We loved the hot tub, which is well kept and right out the door. Neighbors are under construction and we woke to that on the week day, but it wasn’t a huge deal and only temporary. Only complaint is the smell - like off gassing foam or fresh stain/paint - I am chemically sensitive and got a headache from that. Don’t suspect most people would notice, but I sure would have loved a good air filter in the main area.

Paradise!

We had an amazing time at Tina’s place! The pictures don’t do it justice. The beds were extremely comfortable - better than home! With down comforters! Kids were in heaven with toys and the private hot tub. We didn’t even have to pack our huge stroller. All we had to bring were clothes and diapers! Highly recommend renting a boat at lake granby. We came back and grilled and they had ALL the condiments we needed! Not your typical vacation rental. So much better! Truly felt at home. Thanks Tina. Can’t wait to come back for ski season.

Sorry ahead of time for the lengthy review! I just feel it's needed and deserved! I must say-I almost didn’t rent this home because there were no reviews but WOWWWWW and I glad I saw past that. Let me start by saying Tina is WONDERFUL! She replied immediately when I messaged her. This home is absolutely incredible! I can’t say enough great things- Let me see if I can cover it all. It was super clean and incredibly stocked with ANYTHING and everything I needed. I kept trying to find things that weren’t here just for fun, haha
 is there an ice cream scoop, yep! I forgot my toothbrush-no way there is one in this drawer! Is there paper to jot a note on, yep! How about a pen? Yep! Blender? Of course! Cheese knives, there they are! Games? I whole cabinet full! Spices? So many! They even have censored toilet lights so you don’t have to turn on the light in the middle of the night! LOL
 I mean does it get better?? I didn’t even know I was missing these in my life and already ordered some for my home. The hot tub is a dream! There are SO many stars in the sky and no pollution to cover them up! The home is SO cozy and well decorated. Bedding is so comfortable. We loved the huge bean bag for movie night
 There were tons of beautiful hummingbirds and of course a whole bag of sugar to make more feed. We don't have kids but if we did this place would be a dream. They have everything a parent would need (we don't know what parents need, LOL but... it seems like everything is covered!), we were shocked! Everything is labeled and just great. We didn’t even want to leave the house we loved it so much (the construction didn't bother us at all and we appreciated that you mentioned it in your description. The neighborhood is lovely and Tabernash Tavern was so fun!! We walked there! I am happy to be the first review here, you MUST rent this home
