Dont believe the bad reviews! Lovely little pub, friendly and efficient staff. Nice clean room with two pillows each and drink facilities! Of course its loud below, its a pub! Was perfect for the quick stop over we needed and a nicely cooked breakfasy in the morning too for a very reasonable price! Free tea and coffee included!

Apparently this Inn is under new management so some changes should be coming. Our room was pretty tight for 2 adults but the bedding and bathroom were clean, carpet less so. Our room was by the fire exit which was open all day and evening (I think it maybe was closed up at midnight?) and used as a rear entrance, so it was quite noisy with people traffic. The desk and bar staff were very friendly and helpful.

Nice Clean room staff very nice and friendly welcoming only things which could be improved on are the main carpets in corridors look a little tired but room was spotless and faultless. spot on and excellent value for money and no tea and coffee in room but they have made it free from bar downstairs. Id stay again without hesitation breakfast under £10 very good too

The pub was lovely amd great entertainment. Only a couple of thinngs that would have made it alot better amd a 5 rating is the pillows on the beds. You only got 1 pillow that was very flat and the second thing was there was no chairs in the room to sit in to relax. Other than that. The stay was nice. Was very noisey but to stay at a pub thats what we expected.

Stayed after a trip to local Drayton manor park. Room was basic, but clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. Good food at reasonable prices. Would stay again.

My only complaint, about the whole experience, being that there wasn’t any facilities provided in the room for making tea or coffee. While a tea and coffee maker were available in the bar area, access was limited to the bar being open. Therefore between 11:00 pm and 08:00 am, one wasn’t able to access a hot drink?
