"This hotel is definitely not a 4 stars. It’s actually quite mediocre. Here are several observations, related to a single night stay. 1. The air conditioning is our suite was basically non effective. 2. The shower stream was very weak, and its structure was beat up and unclean. 3. The room itself was worn out, all be it clean. 4. When we complained about the AC and the shower, they sent someone.
