Staff was excellent during our visit. Front desk did not have change for $10 To purchase from front desk, I had to use my credit card at the vending machine to purchase water & chips 🙁. Clean room, breakfast was good.

Friendly staff. That they had a separate coffee machine in the lobby that made cappuccino style coffee and made hot chocolate as well. Raining and holidays was great.

Have stayed here several times over the last 10 years —hotel just as nice and well kept as it was when newer —manager at front desk said hotel is 15 years old but still looks great . It’s just an all around great hotel . It’s very close to the 15 interstate but is not noisy at all . Really not many restaurants within walking distance but are very close by . The breakfast area room is nice and large wasn’t crowded during my stay but even if more guests in hotel room feels more open than some breakfast areas .Even has outdoor seating if weather better ,was raining my whole stay.i can highly recommend this hotel

The staff was very rude. We requested a handicapped room and after we checked in we went to our room & found it wasn't a handicapped room. We still haven't received a refund for not staying there

Breakfast was great, rooms were nice and spacious but pretty sure the A/C was broken in our room as it never got very cold! My only issue was when we checked in we asked if it was busy, just small talk, and they said “not at all” then put us in a room right against the main staircase and only elevator….so a lot of traffic noise from guest. Unsure why they put a guest there if it wasn’t busy. They kept the dining area and foyer really warm!
