Check in was easy and staff was friendly. We had a "deluxe room" which was comfortable but needed some updating. The plate around the door handle in the bathroom was loose, not screwed in. The sink was slow running and the toilet was really low, even for me who's 5'5". It felt like we were going to sit on the floor, it was that low. Breakfast was good, attendant was very nice and kept the food going so everything was hot.

We stayed for two nights and was expecting a room to be cleaned and new linen and towels put in. But they never came and the housekeeper never came and I went to the front desk and they said oh you have to request your room to be clean the second day or to get new linen. I’ve never heard of anything like this so very annoying to my wife and I

I am not sure if we got an older room or not but it did not look like the photos of the room I booked. The indoor pool was closed for maintenance. We were there for 5 days and we needed to do laundry and the laundry facilities were down for maintenance. The elevator was definitely in need of service. This most definitely is older and needs some updating. The staff was always friendly. Parking was kind of a pain at times. When the air was on in the room it smelt super musky. If you just need somewhere to sleep for a reasonable price this is a good place, but I would definitely look into other places that are a little more expensive if you are wanting something nice.

Staff was great and friendly, but the quality of the room is one of the worst I've had. Terrible mattress that you felt every single spring. Pillows were sad and thin. For the price charged for this room, I just didn't expect such poor quality and run down basic amenities.

There was a weird smell as soon as you walked in the door of hotel. Same as the room. Carpet in room looked old and dirty. Lamp shades were all loose and crooked. No modern plug ins for charging phones, just electrical outlets. Flushing the toilet was so loud it would wake the dead. Pool area was closed which was no biggie. Staff was nice. Beds were comfortable. Room was quiet. Breakfast was good. All in all the hotel really could use some upgrades and a little tender loving care.

Polite staff, clean room, variety in breakfast. I would recommend this place for stay. I will definitely come back whenever i am around murrieta. They have a pool which i did not use but i used the gym which was good.

This was for an overnight. The room was very quiet, clean, and comfortable. The staff was very good and friendly. The breakfast was good and we were happy to spend the night here. Would do it again
