Hotel is centrally located, but the room set-up is very strange. We had two queens: The (TINY) closet is on the side of the bed and have to shimmy to get to it, and can barely open the doors since it's so narrow. That's where the long mirror is located so you have to stand ON the bed to get a full view of outfit. The TV is on one side of the room so only 1 person can view good. Then the bathroom door is directly in from of one o the beds and has a frosted door so you can see the outline of the person sitting on the toilet! I felt like we were in a camper! Lastly, the shower has one setting- HOT! You can't turn it a little to cool it down. It's HOT only!

The front desk guy was nice and friendly. The hallway when going to the room smells and could use some cleaning and air fresheners. The first room I was assigned to had a weird smell on the second floor so I asked to switch room. 3rd floor was better, hallway smells nicer which makes it look clean. Issue in our room is that the light where the coffee maker was at went out. We didn’t want to be bother and didn’t know if they have staff at night so we didn’t call maintenance and reported the issue at check out.

Central location that was great for both Old Town Temecula and Wine Country! Staff was very helpful and friendly, made us feel very welcome. Hotel is very loud though. There were multiple traveling sports teams in the hotel and the kids were running around all night and jumping off of beds, made for a day of drinking into a night of headaches. Continental breakfast was really good but get there early the line gets backed up quickly!

Great hotel, the only thing I would recommend is to request a room away from the freeway. On the 3rd floor, facing the freeway, i woke up several times to the cats passing by. Otherwise, no other issues with my stay.
