Waited 20 min for someone to show up at check in desk. Manager tried, didn’t know how to book someone in. Desk person really not interested in helping a customer. Walk in rate offered was far higher than Expedia, desk person didn’t offer any solution and said just book on Expedia… so I did.

Highly disappointed

I was shocked at the busted tiles in the shower and the hair on the floor….but then I went to use the hot tub and the condition/cleanliness issues got worse. There were no visible directions to even turn on the jets of the hot tub, the bottom was rust stained and the edges were filthy. The bed was hard and uncomfortable and the walls so thin I could hear every word spoken in the hallway. I booked this hotel due to the typical positive reputation of IHG hotels and for the hot tub. Huge disappointment. Do better!

Unfortunately one of the several rooms we reserved for New Years Eve was infested with cockroaches. The pool was filthy the water very murky. The hottub water turned BROWN mid evening. No towels were available in swim area. Very disappointing.
