Security Notice
For everyone’s peace of mind, Pond View Loft has exterior security cameras on the property:
+ One active camera/light combo is mounted above the south side door, near the sliding glass doors.
+ Another active camera is located on the barn beside the garage door, both facing the driveway area.
+ These cameras record video and audio and are used solely for security and guest safety.
+ All other visible cameras on the property are non-functioning (dummy) units placed as visual deterrents only.
+ There are no cameras inside the home, hot tub area, or any private outdoor spaces, ensuring full privacy during your stay.

Set on a peaceful 5-acre country property, you’ll enjoy wide open skies, rural charm, and nature all around you. The area is quiet and serene, with rolling fields, trees, and a shared pond—while still being just a short drive from Rend Lake, wineries, and local dining.

Insects & Wildlife: You may notice a few natural visitors—please keep doors closed and enjoy the setting.

Guests have full access to the entire loft, including the screened-in deck, fire pit area, and shared pond for fishing. Parking is free and located near the barn. The property uses keypad entry for easy self check-in. Please note the driveway and pond area are shared with the main Timber Oaks House.

A car is recommended for getting around, as the property is in a quiet country area. Guests can enjoy easy access with free on-site parking and short drives to Rend Lake, local wineries, and nearby dining in Benton and Thompsonville.
