Guests have access to the cottage and surrounding area.



Occasionally, the property managers may be on the property for snow removal or property maintenance, but apart from that you will have the whole property to yourself. The driveway can accommodate 2 cars .



We are always available by phone, email or text during your stay.

*Please Note* there will be scheduled road work occurring on the same street as the cottage.

The project involves road resurfacing and is expected to run from May through July, on weekdays between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m. Since it`s a short street, we`re hopeful the work near the cottage won’t take long — but because of the way the schedule is structured, it’s difficult to say for sure whether your stay will be affected.



Access to the cottage will still be maintained, and essential services like garbage pickup and emergency access will continue as normal. However, there is a possibility of some daytime construction noise or dust.



Cottage Rules:



The maximum number of guests allowed on the property at any given time is 6. Should it be found that there are more than six people on the property at any given time, you will be asked to leave with no refund. You will be charged for the extra guests.



Absolutely no parties allowed. The Noise-By-Law is in effect 24 hours a day. If we receive a noise complaint, your rental may be terminated. Noise violations fines are $300 in Tiny.



Pets are not permitted



Any watercraft on site is to be used at your own discretion. We will not be held liable for any incidents resulting from onsite water equipment use. It is the user`s responsibility to be aware of weather conditions, watercraft rules and any local laws associated with the use of the equipment.



Children must be supervised at all times while on the property. By booking with us you accept any and all liability for any incidents that may occur and agree to supervise children at all times.



Campfires: Before you start a fire, it is your responsibility to know if a FIRE BAN is in effect by calling the township.

In order to have a campfire on a property in Tiny, a Fire Permit must be obtained. You will find this permit in the rental binder.

Having a fire during a fire ban or winds over 20 km/h = $180 fine



No smoking inside. Please put all butts into the fire pit or specified ashtray.



Maximum 6 people at all times (which includes adults and children over the age of 2).



No grease down the drain. Please empty cooking oil and other grease into the compost (we’re on a septic system)



Only toilet paper can be flushed down toilets (we’re on a septic system)



Rental Property should be left in the same condition as originally found.
