We arrived at the property at about 4:00 PM and was told that our room wasn’t ready and they would call us when it was ready. At 6:30 PM I called them to ask if room was ready. They said it was ready. Open arriving to check in, we learned that our room was on the 3 rd floor and the elevator wasn’t working. There were no other rooms available in the area, so we had to accept that and carry all of our bags up the stairs. We are in our late 70’s and it was stressful. During the stay, the body wash in the shower ran out. We notified the front desk in the morning, and upon arriving back that evening, the body wash was still empty. I had to go back down to front desk and pickup some body wash myself.

Breakfast buffet was great. Lots of options. Enjoyed the pool. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Plan on staying again soon

Excellent stay. Staff professional and friendly. Riom spacious clean and well kept. Water hot! Heaing unit worked. Bed extremely comfortable. Breakfast good. No idea about price since someone else paid for it but sure it was high like all hotels these days.
