This was the perfect hotel if you are a 1st time traveler to Tokyo! Right next to the subway station that can take you everywhere. The hotel room was clean, modern, and easy access. The rates were affordable. It was perfect for myself and 3 other adults.

Our room sleeps 4 and was really cramped. It’s not possible to fully open 2 big suitcases; a reasonable amount of baggage for a family of 4. Layout of the room did not really make sense as the toilet is huge but living area is cramped. The toilet auto flushes or cleans every few minutes, which is a waste of water Additionally, the heater in the room did not seem to work. Towels were old and thin. For the price of the accommodation, more is expected. It gets quite noisy as sirens can be heard in the middle of the night.

Rooms at the front of the building have a great view down the street but are extremely noisy due to poor seals on the opening window. Probably no quieter than if you left the window open. So we switched to the rear of the building which is fairly quiet until the construction crew starts making noise at 4:45 in the morning. We did see a notice in the room that states construction starts at 9am but I guess that means nothing. Rooms are also very small so the bed sticks out into the walkway at the foot. So if there are two people in the room, one has to step into the entry area or get on the bed for the other to pass. Front desk staff were polite and pleasant with no personality.
