Room was clean, very nice onsen, only complaint was a loud guest in the room above that woke us up very early every day. The location in Ginza is very central, close to subway station. Excellent breakfast that is worth the cost

Good value for money, and public bath area was quite spacious. However the pillows were not that great, but that’s the standard for most hotels. Location was also terrific. Enjoyed the stay overall.

Clean room. Location is centralised. Metro station is nearby and the Ginza shopping area is also a stone's throw away. Lots of restaurants and dining options. There is also a limo bus station to Narita airport just 5 mins walk away.

Location is right at the edge of Ginza. Room is cleaned daily. Satisfied with the amenities and onsen. Staff are friendly and converse well in English.

The room was not advertised as a business hotel. The room was far too small for comfort. Lacking amenities. The food was average. The rate was criminal and not competitive. The room rate was similar to Luxury hotels in this area. We only booked the hotel based on rate as we assumed this was a 4 or 5 star hotel. For 80 year olds it was extremely hard to maneuver around the room. I hope your staff will check the room rate for us.

We managed to check in a few hours earlier, which was extremely helpful. The staff and the hotel are great, it's well located and there is a scale in the hotel lobby for you to weigh your luggage - so handy haha
