Thanks to the opening of the Takanawa Gateway Station this makes transportation and dining and shopping all in one place! It isn’t too crowded and excellent for me who wants a less chaotic environment from shinjuku and shibuya. Will always recommend this place for those seeking walkable places while being relatively close to the Yamanote Line

The staff was super polite and helpful! They took a lot of time, to help us figure out how to set up the luggage deliveries to the airport. The room was snug, but comfortable. being able to do laundry in our room was a huge lifesaver/perk! The tvs have streaming services, which was great. The hotel also had free WiFi. There’s free coffee downstairs, too. The location of the hotel was great. It was close to the JR. also very close to a luxury mall. We frequented the convenience store around the corner, and there were a few restaurants nearby too. We loved the hotel, we would stay there again.

Staff were courteous, helpful and respectful. Great to have coffee and tea 24/7. Hotel has a washer and dryer combo, pack less clothes. Bathroom and room had enough space for two people. Hotel was close to the Takanawa train station (JR line) and airport limo pickup and drop-off. I would stay at the hotel again. The area is very clean and not as busy as other districts in Toyko.

When checking in they brought our luggages to our room! Definitely made it easier for us after a long day of walking. Clean and very spacious! The laundry machine was very effective and dried the clothes perfectly! Definitely recommend this location especially since it’s so close to the JR and Asakusa line! Staff were all friendly!

Clean and modern hotel with some food options nearby. Both cleaning staff and front reception desk were very accommodating, also helped organising a very early morning taxi the night before.
