Nice clean, friendly staff but hotel is loud not much if any insulation between floors. Recommend staying on top floor

Water pressure in shower and bathroom sink were horrible! Pillows are way too soft. We had some loud people in our hallway for most of the night our first night there. We got a 5 am wake up call we never asked for we told the front desk the next morning and they did apologize however we got the call again the next morning at 5 am again…

Love this hotel chain but this is the first time we have stayed in Toledo. The carpet was old, stained and torn. Breakfast employee was gruff and came off rude and disrespectful to patrons

We are sorry to hear about your unsatisfactory experience with some of our amenities and your time at breakfast during your stay. We have recently onboarded new staff to our management team, who will be tasked with working with our front desk and other customer-facing staff to prevent unfavorable guest experiences from occurring moving forward. We are also currently in the beginning stages of having a complete renovation of our facilities done to improve overall quality for our guests, and your concerns regarding carpeting conditions are planned to be addressed in this overhaul. We hope you will consider staying with us again in the future for an improved guest experience!
