Beautiful house, perfect location on a very busy lake. Steps quite steep to the lake area, but overall was everything we expected. Would definitely recommend.

Large property with plenty of space for everyone to spread out.

Owner very helpful. Snowmobile trails crossed the lake in front of house. Fun weekend.

First off, the house is everything you would expect from the pics. No complaints besides the fact that there was only 1 roll of toilet paper in the whole house. Not the end of the world, but inconvenient. The real issue with this property is the owner. The second day I woke up to a text saying "Good morning. I'm going to have to ask you to leave the property immediately for not following the house rules. I have video of the guys entering the furnace room and taking things that do not belong to them. Please return my personal items and leave peacefully or the cops will be called". This was at 830am. When I woke up at 9am, The Property Manager was at the door and the cops were on the way (Property Manager is different than the Property Owner). After the Property Manager and myself talked to the Property Owner 3 different times on the phone, we were finally able to talk her off the cliff. It turns out they left a door unlocked in the basement, that should have been locked, and one of my friends went in there at 1am when he was cold and grabbed a pillow and blanket off a shelf. Another one of my friends went in there as well, but didn't take anything. SHE CALLED THE COPS ON US FOR GRABBING A PILLOW AND A BLANKET OFF A SHELF. She also told me that there was no way the door was unlocked and that we must have "kicked down the door or picked the lock with a credit card". While the Property Manager was on-site, she confirmed the door was unlocked. While I was pleading with her on the phone to let us stay, and said "where are we suppose to go, I had people fly in for this fishing trip this weekend" she said "That sounds like a you problem, not a me problem". In the end when it was discovered, thanks to the property manager, that this was all just a big misunderstanding, she took zero accountability for escalating it to a level it didn't need to go to and never once apologized for the accusations she made, or not calling me first and trying to talk it through like adults. Please read the reviews below as you can tell what kind of person she is based off her responses where it is never her or the houses fault, its always the renters fault. You have been warned.

We purposely paid more for this gorgeous resort because we were bringing grandchildren who are very young and wanted a safe, clean environment. But instead we got the vacation from hell! It was like a Alfred Hitchcock vacation with bats flying around in the living room, dining room, bed room and kitchen! We found bats in the cold air exchange, in the walls, and swooping by our heads! Overall we encountered at least 8 bats in about a 24 hour period!! My husband found numerous breaches in the exterior of the home where the creatures may have entered. This is a beautiful vacation home, however, I would request to see proof of a pest control inspection before ever staying here! I have photos, but wanted to save you a potential nightmare.

Fantastic lake front property on Alice Lake / Wi River. House was beautifully perched on top of the hill with incredible lake views. Great dock for our pontoon boat, two outdoor fire pits, and huge deck with spectacular views. Plenty of room with 4 bedrooms - could easily sleep 10-12. Even had beautiful sand for playing in the water. Highly recommend.

Everything about our stay was wonderful. Very clean, great location, great property. We made good use of the patio, fire pit, swimming in the lake, and kayaks. (Note: bring your own life jackets.) Jody checked in frequently to make sure everything was OK. Very relaxing getaway!
