도야 호수를 전망할 수 있는 산 위에 위치하고 있어서 확트인 시야를 확보하고 있고 골프코스가 조성되어 있다. 호텔은 고급스럽게 장식되어 있고 온천도 훌륭하다. 다만 손님이 적어서인지 뷥게를 운영하지않고 단품 식사만 유료로 제공하고 있는 단점이 있다

Winter Wonderland
Publié le 3 janv. 2024 sur HotelsSpectacular location and views for a snowy wonderland in winter. The lobby and sitting areas are beautiful and peaceful. It is quite remote but with a free daily transfer bus available for Toyako or Toya station.
The service was outstanding with very friendly staff. The food was excellent, but quite expensive without options nearby! The bar was quaint and relaxing at the end of the day.
We thoroughly enjoyed our two night stay. We didn't utilise the spring or spa services but would recommend this hotel for that special celebration or decadent indulgence!

服務員很盡責，我們晚上7點多才到達飯店，車子才駛上平台已見有外籍女職員穿著短裙套裝衝出來接待，那天氣是零下幾度…
接著是check in時才了解已沒晚餐／餐廳提供，只能選幾款簡單的room service，還好味道不錯。吃完馬上整裝去洗溫泉，原來溫泉只到晚上（好像）10點？反正趕緊去泡一泡，而且戶外溫泉也分男女使用權，即一天男的一天女的，入住晚上那天是女用戶外，翌日就換男用戶外，所以翌日早上我沒下去泡溫泉了我不喜歡室內，所以也看不到什麼很美的戶外溫泉景觀。
飯店整體很美，房間窗外風景在翌日天光後才看的真，真是有夠美，但早餐不是buffet有點不合口味。check out後職員仍熱情地幫忙推行李後在下著雪很冷的停車坪陪我等車子駛上來，再一一把行李搬上車才目送我們離開，連塞他小費也極不好意思地收了，所以我對此飯店的職員給予高度評價，美中不足的是膳食和溫泉開放時間短。
