The ugliest $267 a night hotel I've ever stayed in. Filthy carpet. The color of the walls, especially the halls were institutional..The bathroom vent that came on automatically with the light was the loudest Ive ever heard in MY LIFE. I will never stay at a Country Inn again. This used to be a wonderful hotel flag. Radison has ruined it.

Great place to stay, but a couple minor glitches

The hot water took a very long time to run hot. Once it did, cold water was not required to temper the heat as it didn't get as hot as one would expect.The ac turned off in the middle of the night, each night, as if it had a govenor on it??

The hotel smelled. We had ants and roaches all over our room. The smoke detector went off around 3:00 am in the morning. We tried to call the staff, but no one ever answered the phone. My cpap machine had about a dozen ants in the water reservoir. Very disgusting! We could nir sleep.

I was staying in the A building. I read in reviews that rooms were remodeled so maybe this was the older part of the establishment. The room and hallways were run down and ugly. Felt dreary and dingy. Scuff marks, poor lighting and very dated. The room was fine enough but there was hair in the shower and a cockroach. Glad I was only passing through and staying one night. For a $200 room this was gross.

The room was amply sized for the two of us plus my wife’s mobility scooter. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Everything was clean and well appointed. It would have been nice if we did not have to go outside to get to the main building for breakfast, but that was only a small inconvenience. It would have been a larger problem if the weather was not so nice. Our only real problem was the bathroom sink did not drain well.

It’s a nice hotel stay in traverse City. It’s very clean and the staff is friendly. It’s about 10 minutes away from downtown Traverse City to do shopping and dining.

Dirty and not in good condition.

The bathroom was not very clean , and the toilet seat was half way off the toilet . When we arrived in the room the one side of the bed had residue of a spill or throw up splashed on bed skirt and stained the floor . Arrived Friday and no one came to service the room for all four days ? We had to ask for clean towels . Pool is dirty and in poor condition , Hot tub had spider webs on stair handles and was filthy, so we didn’t use any of these . Breakfast hot plates were not very warm, eggs and potatoes were cold . It just seams like no one has a care about the customer or the condition of the place .
