We really enjoyed our stay! The staff was friendly and helpful, and the rooms were spacious. We especially loved being able to walk right out of our room onto the beach, such a treat. The boxed breakfast was also a nice touch. We appreciated the convenience of having it delivered to our room, and there was a good variety to choose from. While it’s not your typical hot breakfast, it was a great way to start our day. We’ll definitely stay here again!

Beautiful beach, beautiful view, unusable balcony

The hotel and grounds are beautiful. The lake view and beach access are fantastic. We would have loved to have used our awesome lake view balcony, unfortunately it was covered in webs and spiders and dead bugs. The railings, the outdoor furniture, the lights, the walls. We took an inside chair outside to sit in and lasted 5 minutes before a spider was dangling in front of us. That was a huge disappointment.

This is going to be lengthy!!! We are a family of 7. We booked no view king suite w/kitchen. The beach view was all booked. Upon checking in, front desk Alex and the two Jamaican sister Rochelle & Romona) were wonderful! All 3 of them were a delight to have small talk with whenever we were in the lobby. My mistake if I butchered the sister’s names. The room was BIG and perfect for us. Two long beds plus the sofa bed. Other single sitting seats too. Kitchen had all the appliances ( you can cook meals just bring ingredients + seasonings) lol. The on the go breakfast was cute & well packaged, it did the job. The pool was a good size, my kids loved it plus the jacuzzi. Now, we wished the weather was better for the beach. We still went to the beach and sand was good plenty of seats

Even though this is an older hotel, the service was fantastic. Very clean and beach feeling. Looks like a great pool area as well even though I didn’t have time to use it. Nice Surprise to have a breakfast option offered at checkin and delivered to my room at my chosen time in the morning. My room faced the bay, which was delightful! Great little spot if you’re visiting the Traverse area… I’ll be back!

We can to traverse city for a tournament for our daughter and we absolutely loved this resort. The staff went above and beyond to make sure things were comfortable and convenient for us. 100% would stay again and in fact we’re already planning the same trip for next year! Wonderful stay!
