Staff was very friendly. Room had a view of the west bay. Liked it only had a shower, and not a tub/shower. Only drawback…while lying in bed, looked up and there were cobb webs in the corner. Easy fix for the room cleaners!

Room was excellent, was given an upgrade probably due to midweek and cold weather. Hotel was quiet and comfortable, pool and hot tub were excellent. Only negative which wasn't too big of a deal, we went in the hot tub twice, different times of the day and both times, staff came in to discuss things they probably could have done outside of the pool room or waited until we were done especially since we weren't in more than a half hour each time. It was weird.
