The living room also offers direct access to your very own private balcony, where you can soak up the sun, enjoy a meal on the bistro set, or fire up the grill for a delicious barbecue.

Upstairs, you'll discover two beautifully appointed bedrooms and two bathrooms. The primary bedroom features a luxurious king bed, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The second bedroom offers a comfortable queen bed, providing additional sleeping arrangements for your group. For added convenience, a laundry room is conveniently tucked off the hallway, allowing for easy access and keeping your clothes fresh throughout your stay.

The home is great for 4 guests, and can sleep up to 5 with the additional sofa bed in the living room!

Everything downtown Traverse City is walkable, but for those looking for transportation, Uber and Lyft are both available.

Other Things to Note:
This is a strictly non-smoking property, including all indoor and outdoor areas.

Check-In: Is at 4 pm (Early Check-in is not possible due to our cleaning crew needing to complete their work)
Check-Out: Is at 10 am (We are unable to accommodate late check-out, our cleaning service will arrive at the house promptly at 10 AM.)

We have one parking space to offer with one additional guest parking space. Any additional vehicles can pay to park in a nearby parking garage.
