This tiny, cozy, 600SF home on lg, partially wooded lot has everything you need to be comfortable. Great, mixed-use location:1 block to Boardman Lake Loop Trail (access at Center St), 1 mile to the Bay & downtown. < 1 mile to Brick Wheels bike & X-country ski rental. We like being able to walk or bike into town on the non-motorized pathway along Boardman River. As of May,2026 a second home has been constructed at back of property, ~40 feet behind Tiny House. It is occupied part-time by your host.

A nice location in TC for a couple of family! The host did a great job with tips on where to go to eat , things to see, etc — there is a giant map on the wall that is helpful and shows just how close you are to lots of things!
