Great property, beautiful location
Publié le 5 avr. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe had a lovely stay at this property in Porthtowan. We were a party of 8, 2 families, and the house was perfect. Very clean, everything we needed and a lovely welcome pack of goodies when we arrived. Brilliant communication throughout with the host.
5 min walk to the beach, great bar and restaurant also just a 5 min walk. Bit cold when we went but we braved the sea and so glad we did! Great time had by all.

Re your comment on showers. This can sometimes happen in the summer if guests are getting into the shower covered in sand - for any future guests reading this, we really do mean it when we ask you to let us know when things aren't quite right so that we can try and sort them for you while you're still with us - this review comment was the first I had heard that the showers were a little on the sandy side!

Christmas and New year getaway
Publié le 4 janv. 2023 sur HomeAwaySarah was a great host, the property had everything we xould have wanted for our stay, especially multiple bathrooms which is essential for staying with family. The house was warm, comfortable and a great suze too. Location was perfect, a short walk to the beach and nearby pubs. Lovely spot to see in the new year. Also there's great connections via bus and taxi services were easy to get hold of. Definitely would stay again! Thanks Sarah :)

Great Location and Family Holiday House

The setting was ideal and an easy walk to the beach.
We will be returning next year.

Publié le 18 août 2022 sur HomeAwayDie Unterkunft entsprach absolut den Fotos - und unseren Bedürfnissen! Das Haus war gemütlich und stilvoll eingerichtet. Eine gut ausgestattete Küche, ein großer Tisch zum Essen, ausreichend vorhandene Sitzgelegenheiten, ein großes Sofa für alle!!! und bequeme Betten - wir haben uns wie Zuhause gefühlt. Die Bäder waren modern und sauber.
Aber besonders haben wir den Strand, die Wellen und die bezaubernde Landschaft genossen. Dieses Ferienhaus bietet alles, um sich rundum wohl zu fühlen. Wir wären gerne länger geblieben!

The location is tucked away from the little epicentre of Porthtowan with a short walk too and from the shops / beach.
The house is beautiful and well equipped and sits on the sunny side of the plot. Breakfast right through to dinners basking in the sunshine, which we were all fortunate enough to enjoy the week we stayed.
Sarah’s communication was highly informative, warm and insightful around the subject of the children on holiday.
We’ll definitely be back - loved the whole area.
