One of the best located holiday homes in the UK
Publié le 21 mai 2024 sur HomeAwayA beautiful old Cornish tin mine, engine house, located almost directly onto one of counties best surfing beaches with unique accommodation as well as being within walking distance of the village shop and pub( which serves great food). Not much more one could ask for!

A stormy seaside stay
Publié le 3 nov. 2023 sur HomeAwayThis historic mill is an absolute must. Me and my family stayed the week of storm Ciaran and had a fantastic stay so close to the beach. It has everything you’d need, is wonderfully rustic and has been beautifully restored. The views are amazing and Porthtowan is a lovely seaside village.

Fabulous historic beach location

It is well furnished and plenty of room.

Character holiday home

Porthtowan Engine Room

It was let down by the cleanliness and the very uncomfortable beds, and according to the price I would have expected better. With a bit of attention to detail this could be a gem of a stay.

Fantastic location but the property is in need of a makeover
Publié le 31 déc. 2022 sur HomeAwayThis is a really quirky property in a fantastic location. Porthtowan is beautiful with lots of great amenities. The property however is a little tired and in need of a refurb
All the furniture needs replacing especially the beds!
