With fast Wi-Fi, a comfortable workspace, strong AC/heat, and a secure private patio, the home supports long vendor days, remote work, and inventory prep. Easy parking allows simple travel between show sites.

The property is easily accessible by car with ample street parking available. Public transportation options are also nearby, and rideshare services like Uber and Lyft operate in the area for convenient trips around the city.

Noise Disclaimer: The house is close to a main street, so light noise may be present during busy hours. Complimentary earplugs are provided.

House Rules: Please review the “Things to Know” section for additional policies, including check-in/out times, pet policies, and fees for extra services.

Long Term Stay Cleaning Fee: For guests staying 11-20 nights, the cleaning fee will be multiplied by 2 and if staying for 21-30 nights, it will be multiplied by 3.

Please avoid putting food down the sink drain—dispose of it in the trash instead. If food ends up clogging the pipes, a $100 plumbing fee will apply.


Mid Stay Cleans / Cleaning Before Checkout for $84 includes linen & towel change + restocking of offered supplies (coffee, creamer, sugar, toilet paper, paper towel etc.) Available upon request, Applicable for stays that are 10 nights or less.
1. DAMAGE & SECURITY

Accidents happen, and we want your stay to be stress-free. Before arrival, guests may choose to purchase an optional Damage Waiver through our secure Guest App. The Damage Waiver is a small one-time non-refundable fee of $34.95 that helps cover accidental damages during your stay and provides additional peace of mind.

The Damage Waiver is completely optional.
Guests may choose to purchase the waiver or decline it.
If declined, guests remain responsible for any accidental damages that occur during their stay.

2. PETS (Pre-Approval Required)
We are dog-friendly, but you must message us with your pet’s description before booking. No cats allowed.

Pet Fee: $45 for stays of 1-3 nights, or $12/night for stays of 4+ nights (per pet).
Key Pet Rules: Max 2 small dogs (<40 lbs). No pets on furniture. Must be leashed outside and crated if left alone. Please clean up after them immediately.
Fine: Breaking pet rules incurs a $200 fine plus costs for any damage.

3. GUESTS & NOISE

Occupancy: Your reservation is for a set number of guests. Any additional visitors after the 2nd guest will be charged a $25/person/night fee.
No Parties: Parties are strictly prohibited. A $500 fine and immediate removal without a refund will apply.
Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM. Noise complaints that require our intervention will result in a $100 fine.
Local Guests: If you live in Tucson, please message us about the purpose of your stay before booking.

4. PROPERTY RULES

No Smoking/Vaping: Any evidence of smoking will result in a $200/day fine for deep cleaning.
Check-out: Check-out is by 10:00 AM. Unauthorized late check-outs will incur a $100 fine.
Plumbing: Please only flush toilet paper. You will be responsible for the cost of repairs for clogs caused by other items (wipes, etc.).

Read and follow all safety information and instructions. Failure to follow these warnings and instructions could result in serious injury or death to users, especially children.
Tank Tub offers families a fun way to enjoy their time and focus on their well-being. Although our pools are only 2 feet deep, families with pets and children should exercise more caution in and around the pool to avoid accidents and other potential threats. These pools need to be properly maintained to ensure that proper sanitation measures are in place. Without proper maintenance of pools and hot tubs (including water circulation and treatment), various pathogens can grow. It can also create a breeding ground for mosquitoes.

WARNING
(No diving!) Diving or jumping can cause death, paralysis or permanent injury. Swimming pools pose a risk of drowning, regardless of their size or depth. Children should never be left unattended in any pool whether stock tanks or not. Even though a stock tank is 61cm shallow, they still pose a drowning and safety risk. Children and adults can drown in just six inches of water. It is up to you to judge whether or not a swimming pool, stock tank, is safe for you and your family. When leaving the pool, remove floats and toys that could lure a child back into the pool. No glass in the pool. Do not run, jump or play in or around the pool. Do not use the pool if you are using alcohol or drugs. Never operate the pump when the pool is occupied or at least when there is no water in the pool up to the height of the fittings. Never play or swim near suction fittings. Never enter the pool if the suction strainer grille cover is loose, broken or missing. Drowning happens quickly. People who are drowning cannot call for help. TO AVOID DROWNING OR SERIOUS INJURY, ALL POOL USERS MUST KNOW AND FOLLOW THE SAFETY RULES: SUPERVISION, SUPERVISION, SUPERVISION.
