It advertises a airport shuttle but they don’t have one

I have to say this was not a good stay for us. We stayed six nights. Our room AC did not work. We only had hot water for two days. I could go on and on. This place needs to be updated. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

For the price, this is a very good option. Having a restaurant and bar right in the facility is great for a nightcap. The included breakfast is decent (again, keep the price in mind), and the pool with hot tub amenity is great. The cleanliness of the room could be improved, but wasn't gross by any means; just some hair in the shower, and dust on parts of the desk. The walls are thin, so you'll hear your neighbors both adjacent and above, but it didn't bother me. Overall, I would stay here again.

I had booked this hotel because it indicated on website that it included a shuttle to the airport. When I checked in and inquired about reserving shuttle I was told they didn’t have one due to the hotel recently changing hands . I had a very difficult time getting a taxi because it is only .5 miles to the airport and drivers didn’t want to be bothered with a 12.00 fare. Uber wanted 42.00 . Hotel clerk apologized for the inconvenience and while I could have walked I had 2 large suitcases and it was after dark so that wasn’t the safest option. In the end I paid a taxi 40 bucks for the ride. Hotel could use a good deep cleaning of carpeting as there is a “funky” smell throughout. Bed was clean and comfortable though so for just a quick overnight stay it was fine .
