horrible expérience

Une seule nuit passée dans cet hôtel, expérience désastreuse. La chambre était sale, le sol collant, micro-onde en panne. Ultra bruyant. Personnel pas à l’écoute qui n’a pas voulu ou pu nous donner une couverture supplémentaire. A fuir !

The hotel is old & it reflects in the scratched up toilet & tub. Not the nicest area.

We had to book a room at a different hotel. The room was filthy. When you first walk in there was an overwhelming smell of cigarettes and mold, and upon further inspection of the room we found various stains on the bedding, matress and even the rags/ towels. The pillow cases were so dingy they no longer looked white. It was disgusting, I may not have high standards but I definetly have some and this was far below mine. They gave us an option to move to a different room but judging by the look of the hotel itself and the area it was in I figured every room we moved to would have been like that. It's in a very seedy neighborhood, neither my mom or I would have felt safe and comfortable staying there.

The property was fine it’s Expedia that’s a scam and horrible to deal with. The way the booking system is set up is a disgrace. You enter a date then select a property and as soon as you do that it defaults to another date. If you don’t check it books for the default date and not the date you originally selected. Then they charge you because of the no refund policy. Scam.

Solo las camas están cómodas y la ubicación accesible, lo demás está viejo, deteriorado y peligroso. Además no hay insonorización en las habitaciones y se escucha molesto los carros de la carretera. El desayuno es pésimo.

This property is located near the highway, very noisy. The room was adequate but out dated.
