This stylish retreat features a private game room with ping pong, darts, ring toss, and a 4K TV. Enjoy 6 Roku smart TVs throughout, high-speed WiFi, a Keurig coffee bar, wine fridge, and a Level 2 EV charger.

Three comfortable bedrooms include a king master suite with private bathroom, a queen bedroom, and a guest room. Two work-from-home stations make it perfect for business travelers.

Relax on the expanded 400+ sq ft patio or in the spacious backyard. The open kitchen features granite counters, a large island, and a 75-inch TV.

Centrally located near The Gathering Place, Utica Square, Tulsa Fairgrounds, Route 66 landmarks, and Trencher`s Deli. One block from Highway 64 for quick access anywhere in town.

We`re available anytime and don`t charge extra for early check-ins or late checkouts when available — just ask!
We can accommodate different hours upon request and availability, upon request.
No Smoking, or vaping allowed. If you smoke outside, please do not discard in the yard.
Maximum number of overnight guests is 6.
If you use the grill, please leave the cover off when you check out. The housekeepers will clean it and replace the cover.
If you have trash, please place it in the grey bin by the garage when you leave. Trash day is Friday, if you happen to be staying Thursday night into Friday morning and have trash, please place by the street in the morning.
No pets are allowed.
We know accidents happen, so if you break something please let us know so we can have it replaced for the next guest.
Please respect quiet hours from 10pm to 7am.
Please close and lock all doors and windows and shut off lights when leaving.
Please close umbrella on patio when not in use to prevent damage in windy conditions.

We were in Tulsa for a baseball tournament. From the reservation process to check out, all went very smoothly. House was very clean and comfy. Hosts are accommodating and wonderful to work with. If we have any future trips to Tulsa, we will inquire on this Gem first.

Great quiet recovery getaway

I came for an outpatient surgery in Tulsa and this was a perfect clean classy gem hidden near the Tu campus on edge of midtown. Excellent hosts and prompt attention to any needs.

Hidden Gem!

We only had one night, but this cute house was a perfect spot for my friends to meet up and have some relaxing “family” time. We played games, napped on the couch, and stayed up way too late talking around the awesome dining room table. Location was perfect for us to get downtown for a concert and dinner quickly, and there were tons of lunch options nearby on our way out this morning. 10/10, will use again for our next meet up! Thank you!

Great location and totally remodeled

The house has been completely updated with all new furnishings both inside and out. The kitchen and bath was equipped with everything needed. Coffee selections were provided at the coffee bar. The furniture and beds were very comfortable. Lots of TV’s. The location is very close to great restaurants and shopping.. One of the best rentals we have stayed. Enjoyed our stay and hope to return
