Updated and modern. Customer service was excellent during both shifts. Breakfast was above average continental bc of a couple hot items. Clean overall. Bottom of shower was stained and office chair was as well. Which was really only noticeable bc of how clean the rest was. On website we choose a room with bath but apparently only they have showers. So that was not as fun with a baby. Business center was broke so computer was slow and printer was out of order. Being there during work travel, that was a little disappointing. Would stay again. Oh and pet friendly but not really grassy area or pet dedicated section.

There were a lot of Bedbugs in the bed and dead ones on the Floor and some kind of white powder in corner on floor which was indication that the white powder was insecticide

The room was clean but there are lots of stains on the furniture. Breakfast is horrible. Good affordable option if you're going to Hard Rock Casino but don't want to spend your money on the hotel. Suggestion for the hotel.... spend more money on the breakfast.

This has alwaya been a preferred place for me to stay, but this last visit was just a disappointment. Trash piled outside in the trashcan, overflowing, bags of trash piled all around it, with flies and other bugs clearly visible inside the bags, and flying around outside in the tradh area as guests had to walk by it to get inside the building. The room was for the most part clean, but theee was a burn mark from a cigarette in the top bedding. The bathroom was clean, except that there was something that had been broken off in the shower and not repaired, but just removed. I am hopeful the issues can easily be turned around and that incidentals like this won't become the norm. I really like this hotel, and hope to return in the near future. I just need to feel like everythibg is clean and safe.
