We had stayed in this house several years ago and were hopeful for a great experience, but unfortunately the house has been poorly maintained. the trash was overflowing and pouring out on the side of the house, and there was a bag of trash on the back patio when we arrived.The entry lock batteries were low and it took several attempts to gain access to the property.Once inside we found that the house was filthy with visible food left in the living room carpet. The furniture in the listing has been replaced with heavily stained strange mismatched seating. The leather couch and loveseats were replaced with a modular sectional in which the pieces were not secured to each other so whenever you would sit or stand the pieces would slide out from under you revealing remnants of food and dog hair. Several pieces of furniture were broken and unsafe to use. The listing showed a game room with a Wii console- it did not work.The patio in the back was filthy and had only one chair, and there were broken toys in the backyard. The master ceiling fan did not work. The master bath smelled like a sewer. The listing mentioned soaps and shampoo would be provided and they were not.The blow dryer in the second bath did not work.The kitchen pantry, entry closet, and master closet was filled with junk.There were no kitchen linens provided and the bathroom linens were very poor quality. The property was completely misrepresented by the host and when we reached out for help they did nothing.
