We never saw the concierge as we didn’t need to, but we had a great contact and quick response to our needs. I will go back if one day back in tulum.

Publié le 23 avr. 2024 sur HomeAwayOur family stayed here for the second half of Spring Break. It was a beautiful space with stocked kitchen to ensure a comfortable stay. The gated community felt safe.
This isn't walkable distance to the beach, you'll definitely need to rent bikes/scooters/car to get around.
We had some small issues during our stay, but the owner Ashley was prompt and responsive. She was able to get someone to tend to them immediately. She even helped us coordinate a driver to the airport.

The condo is nicely laid out. A little dated.
The sofas need replacing. Seats are all torn and covered with a blanket. Very Disappointing. Kitchen has basic needs.
The pool area was nice. Unfortunately there were only 6 beds for 30 apartments. Which made it very difficult to lay by the pool. Pus the six beds are tied together in two sets of three. Which made it even more difficult to use them.
Public beach is 45 minutes walk. Very small. The other beach is owned mostly by restaurants or beach clubs. You pay a premium $50 - $100. Per day!

Publié le 3 janv. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe had an amazing stay. Beautiful gated condo with 24/7 security on site. They helped us to secure taxis whenever we needed them. The condo was very quiet and clean. Beautiful pool. Walking distance to shopping and great restaurants. The host was very responsive and happy to help set us up with any assistance we needed from tours to groceries. Highly recommend.

Publié le 12 févr. 2023 sur HomeAwayThe condo was quite comfortable overall. The kitchen utensils, plates and glasses were beyond limited. The condo had a queen bed in one room and a pair of single beds in the other bedroom. Enough sleeping availability for four to six people if one includes the living room sofas. However, there were a very limited array of plates, platters, and serving crock ware. The one large knife was just dangerous to use due to the dullness and no way to sharpen it. I just felt the implements available were seriously lacking.
The other items not described was a remodel, or repair of the decking or floor tile on the exterior walkway/patio area. Workers grinding, hammering and creating clouds of dust for four days in a row. The daily cleanup was minimum at best.
Wendy and Manuel were wonderful about returning text and answering questions and they each get five stars.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay quite a bit, location was convenient for our needs.
