When we checked in there was a small issue with the room but we were given a new room with no issue. The next day Huey reached out to me to make sure everything was alright and it was. I was there for a funeral, the hotel beds are comfy, they serve a great small breakfast, waffles included and the staff is very kind. I will definitely return when I visit Tuscloosa!

Had issues with accessing free Wifi which was never resolved. Staff could not help. Told me to follow up with the provider which does not set well with me. Also, available TV channels were poor. Also, the breakfast was poor. I am not one to complain, so this review is not regular for me. I will not bestayng at another Hilton in the future.
