La primera habitación no bien el área del baño toda el agua se salía del.baño y al ser una habitación pequeña pues todo salía hacia las camas, que me pase a caer por lo mismo del agua q no se veía q se filtraba. Nos cambiaron de habitación ese día. La chica ybinnselor de seguridad fueron muy amables Del demás personal no puedo decir lo mismo, siempre serios como que te hacen un favor, no se les nota la ón al cliente. Sentimos q la atención fue muy mmm como decirlo superficial, mi un buenos días ni nada, el área de los juegos latencion pintura, material roto etc. Permiten la entrada de externos q.abarrotan la alberca y hacen desastres. Y los q son huéspedes teníamos q soportarles. Las señora de la boutique 🙄 ay formas de decir las cosas, hay restricción pero no es un campo militar es un hotel, su tono y forma WOW dejannmuchonq desear. Vengo de una ciudad donde la atención al cliente es lo primero, pues de eso vivimos pero si les falta muchísimo aquí.

Es un hermoso lugar para irse a retirar, descansar y divertirse en las albercas, afuera no hay mucho que ver porque es carretera, si lo que busca es descansar ahi mismo se puede estar. Podría haber opciones de cenas porque el restaurante lo cierran temprano. A 10 minutos está el centro de un pueblito y ahi se puede uno mover en caso de querer buscar o conocer más. Volveremos sin duda para pasar más fines de semana

La atención es regular y la temática del hotel es llamativa. Tuvimos la mala experiencia de hospedarnos en una habitación con mala instalación, la regadera estaba rota y se regaba el agua por todo el baño, aunque se reportó solo nos ofrecieron revisarlo pero por la hora no quisimos. Al día del check out nos querían cobrar por la toalla sucia y mojada que se usó para secarlo😑. El aire acondicionado sucio y el cuarto tardó en enfriar.

Me gusto el parque acuático, está genial para estar con tu hijos y pasar muchos momentos divertidos; no me gusto la habitación que nos dieron no salía agua de la regadera, pedimos que nos cambiaran de habitación y son muy pequeñas las habitaciones dobles, además tuvimos problemas al registrarnos, la reserva la hice para 2 adultos 2 niños y porque tenía habitación triple me decían que yo hiciera denuevo hasta que dijera cuádruple; les dije que no lo haría pues mi reserva decía 2 adultos 2niños con camas dobles, supongo nos dieron la que quisieron y que no saliera agua de la regadera; después que pedimos el cambio pagamos un extra para irnos a una más grande luego de eso ya estuvimos cómodos. No volveremos a ese hotel, iremos solo al Parque acuático puedes pagar tu entrada sin ser huésped.
