New clean facility. Staff was friendly and helpful. Not many dining options nearby

Credit card processing through a third-party didn't work efficiently. Got numerous calls from hotel property asking for another credit card which i refused to give.

This is the best hotel property in Union City. The only thing I would change is more pressure in the showers, but a pretty minor tradeoff for all the other plusses.

There was zero service during our 3 night stay, we had to go down every day and get towels, coffee, empty our own garbage, even pick up toilet paper when needed. I was disappointed in this especially at $160 per night. The staff was extremely nice, but the cleaning policy was below par.

The cleanliness and happy staff was behind awesome! We stayed 3 nights had to move every night due to storm taking out the A/C but they did absolutely everything they could to make people happy and help them! Will come back to this one again if have to stay down there. Pool was awesome as well!

Wow - it looks like you stayed with us during a recent lightening storm that took out some of our low voltage systems. That three day period felt like a revolving door of crazy circumstances. I am thrilled you saw how our staff came together and had fun serving our guests. The 45 guestroom AC units, 60 + phones, pool HVAC, and even our sign were taken out and it is good to hear that despite all these moving parts you enjoyed your stay. Please come again! Hopefully we will not encounter a lightening strike. You genuinely made my day with this revue! I look forward to sharing with our staff.
