If I had to stay in the area again, there are not alot of options and would consider staying again. I know they can be better. Sign when coming in that they will give you $10 for giving a 5 star rating. Need a maintenance person that can caulk. The fix caulking in the shower corners and base is thick and unattractive along with growing stuff due to not being smooth. The only place in the shower to put soap is up high. Glad my mom did not get this room. The furniture and bed were mostly good. The couch looked like a cat got their claws on the front corner and the coffee table is warn. Good premium channels, but could not watch local channels due to digitization. The facility is large and strangely built. Each section of the complex is through single closed doors. We stayed on the side where you go through the breakfast room. It took a little maneuvering to get the luggage cart to our room corridor. Patch paint is very obvious as it does not match the paint of the walls. In our room, the color matched, but not the sheen. In the back corridor, the patch paint was darker leaving you the feeling of being in a construction zone. The checkin clerk was not what you would expect from someone greeting you to their property. She was matter of fact to slightly surly. Experienced this both in checkin and asking where to find the ice maker. Breakfast was ok, but nothing special. Due to being off season, bagels were stale. Main choices, cereal, waffles or bagels.

The person up front was rude and not friendly at all. I gave her a friendly hello, how you doing, three times, And each time she stared at me and said how can I help you. She was purposely ignoring my friendliness.

Jenny was so great at check in. Shes always so polite and her customer service is superb. The kids LOVED the pool and so quiet throughout the hotel. Will return again!!
