Mauvais rapport qualité prix

Du bruit, la chambre pas clean (traces de doigts partout, bords de lits taches, poussière sur les objets ...accueil pas efficace. La safety box ne marchait pas j’ai du demander 4x....toujours de la musique même au petit déjeuner ...qui lui par contre est pas mal Pour ce prix là, la prestation n’est pas du tout à la hauteur

Nice hotel, some of the rooms have some wear and tear that need to be fixed up. Room service, breakfast options, pool and gym were above average

How is this place 5 stars? Maybe once upon a time when it opened. But now it’s very rundown. My room had dead in insects everywhere upon check-in, room also had a strong smell of urine and musty. Can’t get rest as so much noise from both other guests and staff. Breakfast was mediocre at best.

The sea facing cottage was a great facility to stay in. Extremely comfortable and the foot massager was a boon. Will definitely return

They were doing construction the whole time we were there! They would work on it till really late at night. On our last night i had to call 2x's to have them stop construction as I could not sleep with the pounding and saw noise. Overall the stay was great minus the construction. Chef Abishek was amazing! Made us the perfect meal and would ALWAYS check on us!
