Centrally located in Lionshead Village, this condo provides nearly ski-in/ski-out access, just one block from the Eagle Bahn Gondola and Vail Ski School. Step outside and you’ll find yourself surrounded by vibrant shops, top-tier restaurants, entertainment, and easy access to Vail's world-renowned ski lifts. Inside, the studio features a comfortable queen bed and a queen sofa sleeper in the living area, along with a full bathroom. Step out onto your private balcony, the perfect spot to enjoy fresh alpine air, morning coffee, or a peaceful moment after a day on the slopes. The kitchenette is thoughtfully designed with a microwave, coffee maker, stovetop, and half-size refrigerator, providing all the essentials for a convenient stay. Whether you're here for skiing, hiking, or exploring the village, this condo is the ideal retreat for your Vail getaway.

Located in the Lift House Lodge, guests enjoy a collection of on-site amenities designed to elevate the Vail experience. The highlight is the fourth-floor rooftop hot tub, a guest favorite and the perfect place to unwind after a day on the mountain—soak under open skies while taking in the alpine atmosphere, whether it’s fresh snowfall in winter or crisp mountain air in summer. Additional conveniences include elevator access to all floors and coin-operated laundry facilities. The building is pet-friendly (welcoming up to two dogs; fees apply) and offers limited first-come, first-served parking for a nightly fee ($50 per night during the winter season and $30 per night in non-winter months), with the Lionshead public parking garage just steps away if the lot is full.

NO air conditioning, but the high-altitude setting and balcony access provide natural cooling throughout the day. 

Lift House Lodge Pet Policy & Fees:
We welcome up to 2 dogs per reservation. Please ask for pet friendly unit availability. A pet fee of $35 per dog, per night applies. Please note that Airbnb only allows a flat pet fee to be collected at the time of booking. If your stay requires additional pet fees (e.g., longer stays or multiple dogs beyond the flat amount charged by Airbnb), we will:
1.    Send a payment request for the remaining balance through Airbnb’s Resolution Center after booking,

Great location. Enjoyed my view. I wish we had more snow, but that's not their fault. Did get some fresh snow near the end of the trip, which added to a great snowmobiling experience! Hot tub was nice and hot after a day on the slopes.

Didn’t have drinkable water all weekend. Not a hotel, not a condo?

Overall this was not a great experience. For almost $350/night, I expected more. This place is not a true condo, but also not a true hotel? It lacked the personal touch and necessities of an individual condo and it lacked the amenities and comfort of a hotel. Out of all my grievances, not having drinkable water the entire weekend was the biggest problem. Even after the attempted fix, it wasn’t fixed. We weren’t able to get a hold of the office on the second day and this was really frustrating. This was apparently caused from replacing a 70yr old pipe. That’s all fine, but not being able to have drinkable water is a problem. Would not recommend staying here. Pros - Location and proximity to resort Cons - Check in policy was horrendous. There was no call or email of check in instructions. I emailed twice the day of check in with no response. When I arrived, the office was closed. There’s only a 1 hour timeframe when someone can check in because check in is at 4, and their office closes at 5. I called the after hours number and thankfully someone was able to help, but it was not an easy experience. - Did not have drinkable water all weekend. The water was so cloudy you couldn’t see through it. This was attempted to be fixed by the second night, but the water was still cloudy and we did not feel comfortable to drink it. When we tried calling the after hours number (because the office closes at 5), no one answered. How can you host a guest and have water that is not safe to consume? - Bed was very uncomfortable and linens were very hard and felt over bleached. We ended up sleeping on the pullout sofa on day 2 because the bed was hard. - There was one very small shampoo to use and one very small body soap. This isn’t a big deal as most true condos don’t provide that, but this is a hotel? Not a true individuals condo. - Parking cost was not disclosed before making the booking. It’s $45/day. - Place lacking basic necessities such as utensils and wine opener. - No delayed checkout. For a place that says it’s a hotel, their checkout policy is 10AM and any delay in leaving will result in an additional nights stay. Most hotels give the courtesy of an hour or a $50 fee. I found this to be just wild.

Spectacular views and location

The condo itself as well as the overall property was clean and well maintained. It was a little dated but owning a vacation property rental myself, I appreciate how costly and unrealistic it is to keep up! The view from the balcony is amazing and the location was unbeatable, easy walking distance to the mountain, shops and dining, all the reasons for our visit to Vail! Would definitely rent this property again!

Love this place

Lifthouse is perfect for myself, my boyfriend, and our two dogs. We’ve stayed there twice in the past two months and can’t wait to come back again! The location is perfect and central to so many shops and restaurants. The staff has been very friendly and accommodating. If you’re looking for a pet friendly place in Vail then this is the place to be.

We really enjoyed our stay in this unit mainly for the location, however we were pleasantly surprised by how comfortable the bed was and the lack of noise at night for being above a popular bar. We did stay in off season but if we were to come back to ski, we would stay here again. Fireplace, television, small kitchen, location, good bed and clean checked all of our boxes. Life is good!
