This outstanding renovated property, professionally designed with luxury and comfort in mind is just a few minutes walk to the skier bridge offering access right into Lionshead.

One of a kind, gorgeous 3 bedroom, 2 full bathroom townhome located on the second floor with multiple decks offering various views of Vail, the slopes, and the surrounding mountainscapes. Upon entering the unit you are greeted with a breathtaking open floor plan showcasing custom design work throughout. The living area is beautifully furnished with cozy couches perfect for watching your favorite movies while enjoying the linear gas fireplace.

Adjacent to the living space is the fully stocked, gourmet kitchen and dining area with large windows providing bountiful natural light and seating for six and picturesque views of the slopes. The gourmet kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a  large island with ample space to prepare a family meal and all the essentials needed including coffee maker, stove, and built-in microwave and refrigerator. Off the kitchen is a large mountain-facing deck, with a barbecue and chairs perfect for wine and unwinding after a successful day in the powder. 

As you walk down the hallway you are met by the guest bathroom complete with a granite counter top and single sink. The shower/tub combo has custom tile work and glass doors. The first guest bedroom is across the hall with a queen bed and HDTV. The second guest bedroom is a short ways down the hall and is furnished with a twin over queen bunk bed and HDTV. The entryway to the primary bedroom is at the end of the hall and is equipped with an en-suite bathroom featuring granite counter top, single sink and a beautiful glass and tile shower. The master bed is a king and has an adjoining deck, a quiet spot to sip your morning coffee and breathe in the mountain air.  There is also a brand new full-size washer/dryer in the unit for your convenience.  

There are lots of trails nearby for hiking and biking. Enjoy white water rafting, hot air-ballooning and free concerts in the summer time. Ice-skating, sleigh rides and of course world class skiing in the winter. Year-round heated pool, hot tubs, parking and too many amenities to name, this unbeatable property is the place to call home on your next destination vacation!

*This unit does not have air conditioning however, mountain nights are very cool. You will receive an invite to the guest portal at the time of booking with reservation confirmation. Access instructions are emailed seven days prior to arrival.

THE SKYRUN ADVANTAGE: All of our Vail Valley properties come stocked with a basic starter package of paper towels, toilet paper, facial tissue, hand/body soap, conditioning shampoo, dish soap, sponge and dishwasher detergent (this is a 3-4 night supply, guests may purchase additional products locally). Each home is equipped with hotel quality bed linens and towels. Kitchens are stocked with a coffee maker, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and small appliances.

Wonderful Condo

We had a wonderful stay in this clean, well-equipped Vail condo. The cozy fireplace was perfect for warming up after a day outside. Its location couldn’t be better—just a short walk to Lionshead Village and an easy stroll or bus ride to Vail Village. We highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for comfort and convenience in Vail.

Wonderful Vail Condo

We were in Vail for the Vail Dance Festival and thoroughly enjoyed this location. It is walkable to Lionshead which has lots of good restaurants, a small market, and shops. Getting to Vail Village and the Ford Amphitheater is definitely a long walk but you can also take a free shuttle bus or drive . The condo was lovely and clean and very comfortable. Would definitely return!

Home away from home

This condo was one of the best we’ve ever stayed in. It’s very comfortable, well equipped, roomy, well laid out and convenient to everything. It was the perfect place to relax after the hectic days of pre and post wedding activities. We enjoyed it immensely. The hike up the hill to reach the condo with several bags of luggage was a bit daunting for four old women but we persevered !!!

Great option outside of the main town

The place is over the highway. Walk to the "town" is very quick, just over the bridge over the highway. The facility is next to the bridge so it's not in the town, but it's about as close as you can get. Getting luggage into the place from the parking lot is not easy. There is a ramp around the facility to the first level, but it is steep (or you can take the stairs). Then it's 1 flight of steps. It's not a problem other than move in / out. The facility was clean and king room and queen room are good enough for couples. The bunk room is good for 2 kids

We recently stayed at a rental property in West Vail and had a fantastic experience. The property was clean and spacious, and the fully equipped kitchen made our stay comfortable. The outdoor deck offered breathtaking views, providing a perfect spot to relax after a day of exploring. The host was responsive and provided fantastic local recommendations. The location was ideal, with easy access to hiking trails and Vail Village. Overall, it exceeded our expectations, and we highly recommend it!

A well-located gem

This rental was perfect for out summer stay. It is a short walk or convenient bus ride to Vail proper. The house is newly renovated with all of the amenities that you could ask for. The kitchen is well-appointed making cooking very easy - there is even a grill. There is plenty of room for multiple people to hang out without feeling on top of each other. And we used both the pool and hot tub. We would definitely come back.

Perfect home base

We love staying at Sunvail and have stayed there for many years. This condo is fantastic. We were very comfortable with three adults and one toddler. The pool and hot tubs are a highlight of the property. We have already booked for next year!

Great location, prefect for family ski trip

The condo is very clean and conveniently located. Nice view of the mountain with easy access to Lionshead and Vail Village. Remote controlled fireplace in the main living, steam shower in the master, bunkbeds for the kids and washer/dryer were all nice features.

Beautiful, Comfortable, Modern Condo

I stayed at Sunvail 24D for 3 nights for a Ski trip at Vail Resort with a few friends. The entire unit was clean, with comfortable couches and great beds. The Washer/Dryer worked great. Plenty of storage in the fridges and freezer. The cookware did the job for basic cooking needs. Check-in / Check-out process was super easy. Easy access to excellent pool area - warm pool in middle of winter, and 2 great hot tubs, plus a sauna. The proximity to Vail Resort ski lifts was fine if walking with regular shoes/boots, but too long if wearing ski boots. The trick is to wear regular boots and carry your ski boots, then leave your shoes at a locker by the base.

Amazing Stay in a Great Location!

A few friends and I stayed at this lovely condo for a girls trip to Vail. The inside was clean and nicely decorated, with ample space for cooking/dining, hanging out and sleeping. It's just a 10-minute walk to Lionshead, and Vail Village is easily accessible via bus/shuttle. The mountains views are beautiful, and the pool/sauna/hot tub amenities are fantastic for a mountain getaway. We enjoyed our stay and hope to visit again in the future!

Beautiful condo!

The condo was gorgeous! Loved the heated floors and steam shower. Very well stocked kitchen. The location was a bit hard - uphill walk and stairs to get from parking lot. And it was a pretty tough walk to get over to gondola and back in Lionshead. We stored our walking boots during the day at Vail tech rental place. Technically there is no place to store your skis overnight in Lionshead, but we convinced one of the hotels to let us store ours there. Never tried the shuttles. Free parking in Vail village after 4:00 pm

Amazing!

We loved this condo so much! It is a beautiful updated unit with an incredible view. We would 100% recommend this to anyone. We never needed a car and walked everywhere! Rented skis at Ski Base and stored everything there so that we didn’t have to carry equipment. It was a wonderful vacation!

Luxury Mountain Getaway

This condo was spectacular. The kitchen and cookware was perfect for prepping homecooked meals during our stay. The first snowstorm of the season outside just made the gas fireplace, hot tub, and family movie that much more cozy. Windows are large and offer stunning views in several directions. We had a couple questions while getting settled in that were addressed immediately by management. Snow removal was prompt and thorough to make venturing out safe and easy. We'd definitely return!
