Sunvail Condos 12A - Remodeled, Platinum Rated Condo - Minutes from the Slopes!

This premier luxury property offers custom upgrades and ambiance keeping the standards of the best chic rentals in Vail. It measures 1100 square feet and includes 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, each uniquely decorated by a designer. 

Guests also enjoy access to a fully equipped gourmet kitchen featuring Caesar stone counter tops, a wood laminate ceramic back splash and Bosch commercial-grade stainless appliances. There is also a custom-made dining table with seating for six.

This remarkable condo accommodates up to 4 guests very comfortably. The guest bedroom is fitted with a flat screen TV and two twin beds that can be set together and converted to create a king bed if desired. The master bedroom is fitted with a lavish king bed and bedding, custom made hutch closet and wool carpet. The en-suite bathroom features granite counter tops and a warm stone tiled and glass shower.

In the hall you will find the guest bathroom with granite counter tops and tiled shower/tub combo. There is also a stacked washer/dryer for your use and convenience.

The living area is beautifully furnished with a cozy couch, linear gas fireplace, and flat screen and smart TV. Throughout this handsome unit are heated mats under the floor providing warmth and comfort. Enjoy spectacular views of Vail Mountain ski area and ample natural light through the living room wall of windows. Or step out onto the patio, sip your morning coffee and breathe in the fresh Colorado mountain air. There is also a barbecue grill and chairs.

The pedestrian footbridge is located just outside your building and offers an alternative to Lionshead Village without the hassle of driving. The free Town of Vail bus service also stops out front. After a long day on the slopes relax in the outdoor pool, hot tubs, and sauna. This one-of-a-kind space truly has it all!

*This unit does not have air conditioning however, mountain nights are very cool. You will receive an invite to the guest portal at the time of booking with reservation confirmation. Access instructions are emailed seven days prior to arrival.

THE SKYRUN ADVANTAGE: All of our Vail Valley properties come stocked with a basic starter package of paper towels, toilet paper, facial tissue, hand/body soap, conditioning shampoo, dish soap, sponge and dishwasher detergent (this is a 3-4 night supply, guests may purchase additional products locally). Each home is equipped with hotel quality bed linens and towels. Kitchens are stocked with a coffee maker, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and small appliances.

The decor was well thought out and out together. Access to lionshead was quick over the Ped. Bridge

Perfect location for a summer get away. Right off the north gore trial and so close to the Pedistrian bridge to Lionshead. Beautifully decorated and remodeled.

Great location and amenities, perfect Vail vacation condo

This condo was perfect for our family vacation to Vail. Convenient walk to Loinshead Village and Town of Vail bus stops. Very short drive to grocery stores. New appliances in kitchen, well stocked with towels, pillows, pans, pots, dishes, utensils, etc. Beautiful remodel with tasteful decor. Perfect for our family of four. Felt like home away from home. Will definitely recommend.

this 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit was perfect for our family of four. the unit has been updated and has really nice fixtures and finishes. the shower in the master bath was really great. we had some issues with a valve in the guest bathroom that didn't allow the water to get hot enough but i'm sure it would have been a great place to take a bath. kitchen was well equipped and the tv was nice and big with comfortable seating on a nice, comfy sofa which also as another bed. the unit was at the end of the sun vail complex and steps away from the pedestrian bridge to lionshead. we would definitely rent this unit again !!

Modern condo; walk to lifts

We were very happy with this condo - clean, modern decor and very comfortable. Everything is just as pictured. The Eagle Bahn lift is about a 7-10 minute walk over the footbridge. We did little cooking (breakfast only) but the kitchen is well equipped. The only suggestions I'd have are: 1.) Better clothing storage in the main bedroom - there is an armoire which is attractive but not very functional. Two of us stayed in that bedroom and ended up keeping some clothes in our suitcases. 2) Hooks in the entryway. This would have been very helpful in hanging jackets, etc. Vail Village is about a 20 minute walk - good to know if you plan on eating there or otherwise spending time there. There is a free shuttle bus to Vail that runs every 30 minutes. Overall this is a great place and would stay here again.

Perfect Place

The place was perfect. There were 3 of us. All friends from college. The location is just by the bridge so it is perfect to walk to the mountain. Everything is fresh and new in the apartment. Will love to stay here again when I come back :)
